Minnesota's great get-together

Day at the Fair. For my mom's birthday we went to the Minnesota State fair. I really did not want to carry my big camera around, so here is what I took with my Blackberry (camera phone).

I really enjoyed the lumberjack show, and the Johnny Holm band. That was the first time I saw chain saws in person with expansion chambers (speed cutting/hot rod/modified for tons of power). There was also a weird Reggae/pOlKa band that we listened to for a bit, that was a little strange and yet intriguing.

Photo wise, this week I have 2 senior photo shoots on Wednesday and I start my full load of classes (every day) this week. TJ's LawnCare (my other business- did you know that?) is really busy with the rain we have had and the perfect growing weather. I start bus driving my PM routes in a week, and still shooting weddings on weekends.

The weather also has been quite decent for photos. Green grass, nice foliage color/life, and comfortable temperatures.

Make it a Great Week!
